2) Complete Questionnaire
Documentation of your finances, preferences as to guardianship, health care wishes, and beneficiaries.

3) Review
We review your questionnaire and send you a written fee estimate for the completion of your estate plan.

4) Document Preparation
Upon your decision to move forward, we will draft and forward you estate plan documents including a Revocable Living Trust, Wills, Health Care Directives, and Durable Powers of Attorney for financial management.

5) Document Review
Phone conference to review plan documents, make appropriate changes, and answer any questions.

6) Document Signing
Sign and notarize plan documents.
